Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD), Government of West Bengal, has invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) for implementation of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY 2.0) in the state.

DDU-GKY 2.0 is a flagship scheme of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) focused on placement-linked skill training for rural youth.

Eligibility Overview

• Applicant must be registered as a PIA under MoRD
• Valid PRN number is mandatory
• Training model: Fully Residential
• Existing PIAs must meet minimum placement performance criteria

Application Process

Proposals are to be submitted online through the official DDU-GKY portal.
Application involves prescribed screening and appraisal stages as per scheme guidelines.

Fee Structure

• Initial Screening Fee: ₹29,500 (including GST)
• Qualitative Appraisal Fee: ₹1,47,500 (including GST)
